We are about to use New Jersey Siding & Windows for the third time in the past few years to replace old windows and doors in our home. The biggest thing to note about this organization is its outstanding customer service. They stand by every product they sell and install, they are responsive, and their products and installations are high quality. They earned our trust, repeat business, and referrals because they do business the right way.

We recently had our entire home re-sided by NJ Siding and Windows and had a great experience! We first met with Dan Raia, who was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. Marcus and his work crew did amazing work! They paid attention to details, completed the job in a timely fashion and were very respectful of our home. Thanks to the whole team at NJ Siding & Windows, our home looks beautiful! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My husband and are are back with NJ Siding and Windows for the second time! A few years ago, they re-sided our house; they found rot underneath the old siding and repaired it, but only after checking it was okay first. Not only did the house look beautiful, it helped the resale value of the home! Now, we are in a new home and looking to replace a sliding glass door. Dan listened, gave us a price on only the door (even though the windows need replacing, too!), and said we could do our windows when we wanted. I love working with these guys and can't wait to see our new door!

I have in the past found getting estimates on renovations and replacements to be stressful. The professionalism as well as the conversational ease with Dan Raia with his explanations, presentations and demonstration of the windows and door made this decision to go with NJ Siding & WIndows easy. New Jersey Siding & Windows Inc.On August 23,2024, my new windows were installed. I love them! What a wonderful job the guys did. They look beautiful and the fit is perfect and they cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and polite. I would reccommend this company to my neighbors and friends. In fact, I found them through a reccommendation from a neighbor in our Fox Hills community. Great people!

I did plenty of research and met with a few potential companies before moving forward with my new siding. What sold me on NJ Siding & Windows (NJSW) was how professional and respectful they were during the entire process. No pressure sales job, very understanding, providing excellent advice and answered all my (annoying) questions. When the job started, the crew was punctual, the job was done in less time than estimated and they even they patched some foundation out of their pocket, which I was very grateful. I will definitely use them again for other things around the house. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to redo major renovations on their house.Now, it's all well and good when it comes to installation. But what about after sales support? Fast forward 2 years later, we had damage to the siding due to one of the recent storms in the area. And since we also had our deck redone, we needed NJSW to come back and set the siding properly around the new structure. The staff was once again amazing to deal with (a special shout out to the project manager, Kathie). They provided great customer service and put all my concerns at ease: came over the next few days, assessed the situation, fixed some of the issues that they could on the spot and rescheduled a week later for the rest. All this to say, NJSW surpassed my expectations not only with sales and the quality of their product, but most importantly their after service support. I can't recommend them enough for your next big projects. I'm hoping to do business with them again soon.

In the 2 years we've owned our condo in Hoboken, we've had to replace the windows, floors, HVAC, both bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. New Jersey Siding and Windows is by far the BEST contractor in the state. They did incredible work installing the windows originally, but also come back for any touch ups needed. For example, some of the caulk was peeling and they sent Yaron out. He touched up around all of our windows and they're once again looking brand new. Highly recommend New Jersey Siding and Windows!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Mickey and the crew at NJ Siding and Windows. We installed SoftLite windows and sliders in our home about 20 years ago. They have served us very well, but recently a handle broke on a window and the screen on the door no longer closed. We thought we were going to have to replace the window and the door, but NJ Siding and Windows came to the house and repaired both in minutes. They were a pleasure to work with!!

For several years I put up with a cracked window and the others foggy. I finally decided to do something and now wish I had done so sooner. The consultant from New Jersey Siding and Windows listened to what I wanted to do and presented a perfect solution. She also assisted me to setup a payment plan with a recommended group. The gentlemen who came to install were friendly, fast and cleaned up all debris. The whole process fantastic and now the sunshine pours into the room. As the winter cold temperatures have started, the sun room still feels warm. I’ve shared some before and after photos. I plan to replace more windows in the future. Great management & customer service!!! Had an issue with the vinyl siding a couple years after install which was product related. Mickey worked endlessly with the manufacturer who was being very difficult and got it resolved and replaced.

This is our 2nd time using them, our first time was 7 years ago for 9 windows which have held up AMAZINGLY!!!When I called to schedule this appointment I was told that the sales guy Dan, who I worked with before would be back.I wouldn't go anywhere else for windows. They are doing our back door, storm door and 6 windows currently and I was told that he would ask that we have the same crew as last time.

Just finished my siding project. The workers did a great job on my home. It looks like a brand new house. They installed all of my new fixtures and everything works perfectly. Even the man delivering the dumpster said that I selected one of the best siding installers. He said “ I see them all and this company is the best”. It only took one week to transform my home.I definitely highly recommend this company.

I used New Jersey Siding & Windows to replace my sliding glass door. The entire process was seamless from meeting with the sales team and selecting the door to the installation. They would keep me updated on the status of my order and when the installation could happen. The techs who installed the door were friendly as well. When they left, they cleaned so well you would have never known there was someone even there if it wasn't for the amazing looking new door.I will absolutely be bringing them back when I need more work done.

We used NJ Siding & Windows 10 years ago to replace our second floor windows. We had such a good experience, that we've used them again to replace our first floor windows and to replace some damaged siding on our house (siding was on the house when we purchased it, so not sure who installed it). Dan Raia was our sales rep the first time and came back for round two -- so they even take care of their employees! Dan was again a pleasure to work with as well as Steven, who took the measurements of everything.I definitely recommend NJ Siding & Windows -- they provide quality windows by skilled installers at a fair price, a lifetime warranty and are easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my new siding and customer experience from NJ Windows & Siding! So much so, I went back to them when I decided to add a sliding door to my home. For my siding, my experience started with their salesperson Dan, who was knowledgeable, transparent, and fair. I was happy with the contract and the installation was smooth and high quality. My house looks amazing! Moreover, when we had a possible raccoon in the attic shortly after installation, they offered to come and remove the soffits temporarily at no charge. (Luckily it was a false alarm.) This is to say they really do guarantee their work and go above and beyond. Now with my second job with them, I worked with Dan again and the process to get exactly what I wanted at a good price went smoothly! Excellent customer service, high quality work, fair pricing. OUTSTANDING! 10/10 highly recommend!

I had NJ siding and windows do windows for us a few years ago, then new siding last year and now a new entry door this year. Dealt with Dan to get quotes each time and always got prompt responses from him on any questions. As far as the workmenship, their people did a great job on everything that they touched. We had NJ Siding and Windows replace all of the windows in our roxbury home, including a bay window and a sliding door. The install was completed by Ronnie and Elliot over the course of 3 days. They were extremely professional and courteous, and did excellent work.Paul was our salesman and he was also extremely professional and courteous. When I first reached our for pricing I asked to please respect my time and not tell me every single thing about the windows - just give me the gist of it and get me the pricing, and if I have questions I'll ask. Paul was so respectful of my time and was very mindful of not going into detail unless I asked for it. The same can't be said for other companies who I was considering at the time, and indeed this was one of the reasons why I chose NJ Siding and Window.As for the final install and quality of the windows, they look great and even better, they feel great. We immediately felt a difference when night fell and it was cold and windy outside.I would 100% recommend NJ siding and windows

We had to have all the windows and a sliding glass door replaced in our new house. New Jersey Siding & Windows did an amazing job! The salesman, Stan, was so knowledgable and informative and not pushy at all. The crew that did the install, lead by Ed, were so professional and respectful of our property and they were in and out in one day. There was no garbage or debris to clean up, it was like they were never here. We will be looking for siding next and will definitely be using New Jersey Siding & Windows. I can’t recommend them enough.

I normally never write reviews, but after my experience with NJ Siding and Windows I had to speak abut how amazing they were every step of the way. My experience with Steve, who came out to start the process was amazing. He spent over 3 hours with me, showing me all the products, colors and choices I had for my home. By the end of the visit I had a complete plan to redo my siding, windows and totally overhaul my front porch. When it was time to start the project, I was amazed at how effortless it was to replace my windows and front door. They were neat, clean and very respectful of my home. The crew chief Marcus and his team were amazing. They paid attention to every detail and when they noticed something was not right they stopped, reviewed it and came up with a plan to correct it, even if it meant redoing the work they had already done. Mickey in the front office was very responsive and helpful. I am so happy with the end result. The house looks brand new and everything I had asked for came out beautiful. Had (7) windows replaced recently and everything was amazing. The installers were great, super knowledgeable, and let me know everything they were doing and why. Very infomrative. It was clear they were going for quality, because he was showing me the shotty worksmanship of the previous installers. A+ all around. (3) of the screens were damaged on arrival, so I can not fault the installers for that one, but the technician noticedit and brought it to my attetion. So I appreicate that. We have 2 sliding doors that need to be replaced, so we will be contcating them for that job as well. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this team--no high-pressure sales tactics, good price for a good product. Paul really worked with us on finding the best options within budget that really fit our home. The installation team was was fast, clean and friendly.

A few years ago NJS&W did a quality job on a replacement slider for our Breakfast Nook. So, when we needed all five of the windows in the nook replaced, we only reached out to them. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get the windows we selected -- after all the supply chain horror stories we've been hearing. The windows were installed yesterday and they look great. Many thanks from a highly satisfied customer. PS -- The price was great, too!

I have used NJ Siding & Windows twice in the past few years. First to replace a custom interior foyer door & a sliding patio door and most recently for a large improvement project to replace roof, windows, front door, and siding. Due to COVID, we had some delays with material but once everything came in the project started, was well managed, great communication, no extra costs, and done to perfection. Kim helped me and replaced my windows and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress free. With the new windows it’s definitely much quieter and keeps the house at the desired temperate which is much needed no matter the time of year.
